How to take your homeopathic remedy

How to take your remedy:

Remedies are energy medicines and the pills are coated in the medication. For that reason please try not to touch the pills or drops with your hands if you can.

Dry dose: pills/tablets/pillules

You will have received your pills from your homeopath or bought them online or in a health food shop.

The ideal way to take the pills is to drop one single pill out of the container or bag into the container lid (or a clean spoon). Then pop it into your mouth and let it dissolve under your tongue. You should not have any food or drink in your mouth when you take the remedy.
Ideally, you would wait with food and drink 10 minutes before and after you take a remedy. If that’s not possible, take it in any way possible.

One pill is one dose. If you take two pills at once, it’s still only one dose.

Remedies do not interfere with conventional medicine that you may have been prescribed and can be taken side by side with these medicines.

As a plussed dose:

When plussing a remedy you usually start off with one dry dose. Then you pop about 4 or 5 pills into a water bottle with 150ml water. Shake well.

Then shake and sip (plus) whenever it is needed. Every time you take a shake and sip – it’s one dose.

This is beneficial for smaller kids and in acute situations.

As drops:

When you receive your drops, make sure the bottle is intact.

I will have specified in your prescription email how many drops and succussions are needed.

Succussing means vigorous shaking.

For example, I will write: Succuss 5 times and take 5 drops in a tablespoon (20ml) of water.

This means: shake your bottle hard 5 times and then take 5 drops (not droppers) as specified in 20ml water.

You should not have any food or drink in your mouth when you take the remedy.
Ideally, you would wait with food and drink 10 minutes before and after you take a remedy. If that’s not possible, take it in any way possible.

Take the remedy as often and as long as is specified in your prescription email and get back in case of questions.
